ADL Opens 3 NEW Locations!
As of today ADL has opened 3 new locations, Charlotte-NC, Durham-NC, and Richmond-VA. We are currently servicing local clients in all three of these markets with plans to begin Regional Delivery service within the next few months!

ADL Opens its Montgomery, Alabama Location!
Due to the needs of our corporate clients, ADL officially opened its Montgomery* branch
on April 2, 2007. Chief Financial Officer Charles McCallum states: "We try to grow our
business with the needs of our current clients. When it makes financial sense for us to
partner with our existing clients in different markets, we do our very best to accommodate
their needs."
*Currently we will be providing local driver service only,
but we are well aware that the need exists to develop a strong Regional Delivery Service in this market.

ADL Starts its Atlanta/Columbia Freight Transfer
Beginning on March 12, 2007 ADL started its transfer of freight between Georgia and South Carolina.
This is an enhancement to the already successful South Carolina RDS begun in October of last year.
It is our feeling that this will enhance the distribution being done in South Carolina and allow
for freight to be transferred to and from each facility.

ADL Begins South Carolina RDS
On October 2, 2006 Advantage Delivery & Logistics opened its Regional Delivery
System into South Carolina. The RDS system encompasses more than 370 ZIP codes
in the state and virtually every city. This service provides next day, guaranteed
delivery no later than 2:00 PM. It has also allowed us to connect our HUBS between
Florida & South Carolina.

Advantage Opens Four Additional Branches!
As of July 3, 2006 Advantage Delivery & Logistics is proud to announce
the opening of four new facilities. These facilities are located in Columbia,
SC, Mobile, AL, New Orleans, LA, and Baton Rouge, LA.
We are constantly expanding into new markets in order to better
serve ALL of our customers. Look for more new branches coming soon!

ADL Opens Charleston, South Carolina
On June 1, 2006 Advantage officially opened its newest branch in South Carolina.
Vice President Tom Jowers states: "As a company we feel that it is time to move
further north as we continue to grow. Our customers want more options and
opportunities, and we are happy to give them what they need."
ADL is hitting the ground with several drivers, and we will be starting up the
expansion of our Regional Delivery Service in the next few months.

Orlando District Parts & Service Club Meeting
On May 19th, 2006 ADL sponsored and attended the Spring Orlando Region
Ford Parts and Service Club meeting. This meeting takes place twice per year
and many of the Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury parts & service managers attend.
ADL had one of the most appealing booths at the fair and has already been
invited to attend the fall meeting.
We plan to become more involved in our local dealership market and support
our customers as much as we can in the future. We look forward to being a much
larger part of these meetings in the future.

NADA SHOW A SUCCESS!
On February 11, 2006 the Advantage Delivery & Logistics family
exhibited at the
NADA show
and it began with a bang!
Over the 4 days of the show Advantage had more than 120
visitors interested in the products and service offered by our company.
Our Texas Hold'Em table
was a huge hit with everyone
at the show and was featured by the videographers at the show
for the 2006 NADA video.

participating in the National Automobile Dealers
Association trade show at the Orlando Convention
Center in Orlando, Florida. The show will be from
February 11, 2006 until February 14, 2006. We will
be located next to Ford Motor Company in booth

HURRICANE WILMA
On Monday, October 24, 2005 Hurricane Wilma hit the southern part
of Florida and caused major devastation. Here at ADL we are doing
everything possible to get our drivers back on the road and to get
our facilities operational. Authorities are telling us that it may
be several weeks before the entire South Florida market is back on
its feet and operating. The larger issue at this time is the lack
of available fuel. At the few stations that are operational, there
is about a 4 to 5 hour wait to get fuel and it is limited to $20.00
per person. Please watch our website for further updates.

FUEL PRICES CONTINUE TO ESCALATE
As many of you are very much aware, fuel prices are continuing
to climb. Here at ADL we are doing everything we can to stay ahead
of the curve and continue to care for our contractors and our customers.
Although it has become increasingly difficult to contract new drivers,
and even more difficult to keep the drivers that we have, we are
attempting to keep everything well in hand. We appreciate the understanding
from ALL of our customers as we continue to try and provide the best
possible service available given the current fuel situation.

the opening of our new facility in Tallahassee, Florida.
Due to many of our customers requesting delivery into the
Florida pan-handle and more of southern Georgia this office
is a welcome addition to expanding our delivery area.

PLANS FOR NEW ADL FACILITIES
Due to new business being signed almost daily by the ADL
sales staff, two new offices will be opening before the end
of the 4th quarter. These new offices will be located in
Tallahassee, Florida and Savannah, Georgia. These new offices
will enable ADL to expand the Regional Delivery Service into a
good portion of the Florida pan-handle and into a good portion
of South Carolina.

ADL JACKSONVILLE OPENS
As of April 4, 2005 Advantage Delivery & Logistics
announces the opening of a new cross-dock facility in Jacksonville, Florida.
President & C.E.O. Mark McCallum states, “The time was right for us to
continue to expand our market share.
The next logical place for us to grow our business was into northern Florida.”
With this new cross-dock facility ADL will be able to service a good portion of the southern
Georgia market and parts of South Carolina.

A-TRAK SYSTEMS IMPLEMENTATION
Advantage Delivery & Logistics is proud to announce the release of the “A-TRAK” system.
The “A-TRAK” system is ADL’s answer to package tracking, reconciliation, and historical
reporting of any delivery activity.
Our goal is to better service our clients by providing the most information about a
delivery as possible. This includes customized reporting, COD reconciliation,
return reconciliation, and any answers that may be needed at the touch of a button.
